Store-bought soy sauce + a spoonful of Pepper Besties + a squeeze of lime. That's it. Works for steamed, pan-fried, or boiled dumplings. Kids who hate "spicy" will surprise you — the brown sugar and aromatics mellow the heat into something they actually like.

🌮 Taco night, leveled up

Whatever protein you're using (chicken, beef, mushroom, beans), spoon Pepper Besties straight into the pan during the last minute of cooking. The chunky peppers melt into the meat. Skip the salsa — you don't need it. Add fresh cilantro and lime on top.
