Made by two Asian-Canadian moms in Richmond Hill, Ontario. Cantonese roots. Sichuan heat. Canadian Tuesdays. Spoonable, not pourable — bold, not boring.
Real peppers, real shallots, real garlic. The sauce we couldn't find on any shelf, so we made it ourselves.
