Pepper Besties Yuzu is our second flavour — sweeter, brighter, citrus-forward, and a little gentler than the Medium-Hot Original. Mild-hot heat. Real chunks of yuzu peel folded into the sauce. Yellow-beige lid so you can spot it on the shelf.

If our Medium-Hot Original is for the chili lover, Yuzu is for the curious cook — the one who wants something bold but balanced. The one who loves a bright citrus kick on grilled fish, roasted vegetables, dumplings, and noodles. The one who keeps a special jar for guests.

What to expect

• Heat level: Mild-Hot — warming, not overwhelming
• Hero ingredients: yellow chili peppers, yuzu juice and yuzu peel pieces, garlic, shallots, a touch of brown sugar
• Texture: chunky, with visible yuzu peel
• Format: 195 mL squat glass jar, yellow-beige lid
• Made in Canada in small batches
